Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your member account and select the order you wish to return to receive a digital return authorization and pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer boxes and secure them within the protective shipping carton to ensure the garment's integrity during transit.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized boutique courier location or schedule a complimentary home collection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
